If there are any sporting teams or associations giving away the old balls/equipment throughout the year, could you please collect them to donate to our sports shed.

Last week our new Gaga Pit opened.  Students from Years 3-6 can play Gaga ball during recess and lunch.  Foundation and Year 1/2 students will use the Gaga pit in PE throughout the year.  The aim of the game is to slap the ball into other players' legs (knees and below) to get them out and obviously not get hit yourself.  We spent the week learning: the rules; about playing fair; how to follow the School Wide Expectations when playing; and how to deal with conflict if it arises during the game. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in getting the Gaga Pit up and running.
