The Garden Club has been hard at work. With a generous donation from Bunnings Traralgon of seedlings, a hose and mulch we now have 5 productive vegetable patches. We are growing carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach. And thanks to the Environmental Team for their efforts in composting the whole school’s fruit scraps each day. The worms have turned this waste into beautiful rich compost that is feeding the vegetable plants. The winter crops are weeded and cared for weekly by this amazing bunch of boys; Wyatt, Rie, Kyan, Noah, Oli, Nathan, Alex & Jaise.
Recycling - A huge thank you to all of the families who bring in their bottle lids for the recycling program. We have been able to contribute to the new Banish Recycling and Disposal Program through the Latrobe City Libraries. Many items that cannot be recycled in your home yellow bins are now accepted through this program. Please check out BRAD Program to help look after our planet through recycling.
