Sunday 8th March

In the Gospel this weekend the story of the transfiguration of Jesus is told. God reveals to the disciples that Jesus is his son. God loves him, and we should listen to him.

In order to help the children understand this phenomenon, it was compared to a coming attraction or preview of what salvation would be like. Ask your child to describe the event.
