As you know last week Gen Bryant, singer /songwriter visited St Michael’s Parish Traralgon. It was a big few days with lots of singing, dancing and sharing.

Sunday evening Gen and her team sang at the parish mass. Many of our parishioners came along to enjoy the talents of Gen, Gerry, Antonia and Monty. 

The staff of St Michael’s and St Gabriel’s gathered for a Professional learning day on Monday. Together we had the opportunity to listen as Gen shared stories of how her faith in Jesus has impacted her life, how her songs have come to life and the work that Gen has done with youth across the country. The staff participated in workshops, listening, sharing and, of course, singing and dancing.

Monday evening we gathered for a concert with the parish. This gave families and parishioners an opportunity to share in Gen’s ministry.

On Tuesday our Grade 5/6 students headed up to St Gabriel’s for workshops and a concert.  

Gen is passionate about spreading the Gospel messages of hope, love and justice to young people. 

A fabulous experience for all who participated. We thank God for the opportunity to share Gen’s talents, passion and faith.
