News from the Principal
Dear Parent, Guardians and Carers,
As you will be aware the Victorian State Government has announced today that the lockdown restrictions will be lifted from 11:59pm tonight and schools will be back open.
We look forward to welcoming you all tomorrow. On behalf of the teachers I would like to extend our appreciation for your support during this time. Remote learning is not easy for anyone and we know that for many of you balancing your own work commitments whilst supporting your child(ren) is extremely difficult. Thank you!
The following reflection from Jim Quillinan arrived in my inbox today and I thought I would share it with you:
Kind regards,
Jodie
On Friday 30th July we encourage all students to wear green and gold in support of the Australian Olympic Team. Students may wear their sports uniform with a "dash" of green and/or gold. Some items that could be worn include green and gold socks, a scarf, a hat, a headband/ribbons or a tshirt. Please note this is not a casual clothes day, nor do we ask parents to go and purchase new items. All schools across the Nation have been invited to participate and the day is about painting the Country in our national colours and being proud of Australia's sporting achievements.
